I want you to be truly happy with your purchase — so if something’s wrong, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Contact me within 3 days of delivery if there’s an issue with your order.
If your print arrived damaged, please email a photo of the damage to olga@bruges-artworks.com. Once verified, I’ll gladly send a replacement.
Each print is custom-made to order, and created just for you. For this reason, I’m unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Unfortunately, I can’t refund or reship lost items due to incorrect delivery information.
