What kind of paper do you use for your prints?
All Bruges art prints are created using the giclée process on 189 gsm, acid-free, matte archival paper of museum quality.
This ensures your print is detailed, durable, and worthy of your space.

Are your prints available framed?
Currently, all prints are offered unframed — giving you the freedom to choose the perfect frame for your interior.
If you'd like to request a framed version, feel free to contact me.

How long does shipping take?
Production takes 2–5 business days.
Once ready, your print ships from the nearest fulfillment center (Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, or Australia) for faster and more sustainable delivery.
Estimated shipping times:
• Europe: 2–7 business days
• USA & Canada: 3–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 4–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.

Can I return or exchange my prints?
Because each print is made to order, I don't accept returns for change of mind.
If your print arrives damaged or has a production issue, please contact me — I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.

Can I send a print as a gift?
Absolutely! You can mark your order as a gift at checkout — no prices will be shown.
While I don’t offer gift wrapping, the packaging is clean and minimal, perfect for sending directly to a loved one.
